Slovakia Treetop Walk, Zakopane and Thermal Baths from Krakow

About This Experience
This full day packs three stops into one loop. After hotel pickup in Krakow you drive about two and a half hours to Bachledova dolina in Slovakia for the Bachledka treetop walk, then cross back into Poland for Zakopane and finish in the thermal pools at Chochołów before the drive home. Allow about 12 hours.
The treetop walk is 1,234 m long, runs up to 24 m above the ground and leads to a 32 m observation tower. It sits on the Spišská Magura ridge at the edge of the Pieniny and Tatra national parks, with views toward the Belianske Tatras on a clear day. You have about two hours there.
In Zakopane you get about two hours to buy lunch and walk Krupówki, the town's main pedestrian street. Lunch is not included. The last stop is about two and a half hours at the Chochołów thermal baths, with admission fees covered by the tour.
Bring a passport or ID card, since the route crosses into Slovakia, and dress for mountain weather. Chochołowskie Termy is closed for works from 19 to 30 October 2026, so check which baths your date uses. The tour is rated 4.7 from 110 GetYourGuide reviews, and guests often say the day feels full, with some wanting more time at one stop or another.

What Travelers Say
Rated 4.7/5 by 110 verified GetYourGuide travelers.
A really good tour, spoilt only by bad luck with the weather and poor visibility in the mountains. Our guide/driver was excellent and everything went very smoothly otherwise. Definitely recommend.

We were lucky to have Chris as our personal driver who drove us around to each location promptly and added in some interesting facts along the way. Were were mostly left to our own devices at each destination. 1 - The Treetops at Bachledka had a breathtaking view and were the highlight of the day, we had about 2 hrs to spend there, there was also a folks festival on at the time as well. 2- We stopped by Zakopane town and took the tram up the hill. We managed to squeeze in a Tobogann ride which was fun and unique, the waiting line was quite long probably had to wait around 45 mins leaving not a lot of time for a quick bite for lunch. 3 - We had a good 3 hours to enjoy our time at the Thermal baths. The one at Chocholowskie was at full capacity, so we went to the one at Bukovina instead as researched and recommended by Chris, which was also pleasant and fun. All in all we were able to tick off many memorable things all in just one day!

I think that the tree top walk could be an entire day. It was just too short of a time there to fully enjoy it.
